The Luggie Super Folding Mobility Scooter shares many of the design features of the Elite, but exudes luxury and technology. The design has a slightly larger than the Elite featuring a weight capacity of 360lbs and a seat width of 17 inches, giving it one of the highest weight capacities of a scooter in its class.
Like all Luggie scooters it quickly folds down making it perfect for travel via plane, train, or automobile.

How It Works
- Email Lift Up Mobility within 10 days of receiving your product (support@liftupmobility.com)
- Include your invoice number or sales order number
- We will issue you an RMA number
- We'll arrange FedEx to pickup your item

Please inspect your product upon delivery within 24 hours. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect, please email to support@liftupmobility.com and provide the related pictures within 24 hours.
The receiver can inspect the items quickly before the driver leaves for FR Terrain and FR Apollo Series. The receiver can reschedule the delivery if they don’t have time to do so at the moment of delivery. There is a $350 dollar per reschedule delivery fee for FR Terrain, FR Apollo series.
Once accepted, the following conditions apply: Customers are responsible for the return expenses and must use the original packaging and meet the following:
1. Customer must return the product and all the accessories, charger, and user manuals that were included in the product’s box. Customers must request an RMA from FreeRider USA within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
2. Once the RA number has been generated; the return-eligible items must be shipped or picked up within 3 calendar days. The first day is the NEXT calendar day after we issued the RA number to you. FreeRider USA institutes a $25 fee per missed scheduled pickup.
3. All return-eligible items require a 25% restocking fee for returns. If the item shows any visible use or damage or wear; the item is not refundable. If e-Bikes have been ridden more than 5.0 miles. FreeRider USA will contact you and ship it back to your original address. You will be responsible for shipping fees to get the item back to you. All returned products require a RMA number. If products are sent back without an RMA the customer will be responsible for any fees incurred.
4. If your return is rejected and you refuse to have it/them shipped back to you within 7 calendar days of receiving a written rejection notice, we may, in our sole discretion, (a) deem your equipment to have been forfeited and (b) use or dispose of it as we see fit.
5. Your refund would be minus the restocking fee and return freight. The cost of damaged parts will be debited after the items have been inspected.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless FreeRider USA made an error, return freight is the customer's responsibility. We will be happy to help you determine which shipping method to use once you have requested your RA number. We highly recommend insuring larger items for their retail value to protect against shipping damage. Please be sure to carefully follow all return shipping instructions that are included with your Return Authorization number. If an item is returned to the wrong address, FreeRider USA reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees associated with shipping the item to the correct location. In addition, if a scheduled pickup with a delivery carrier is missed, FreeRider USA will institute a $25 fee per missed scheduled pickup. Return using the original box; If it is lost, there is a $150 dollar box fee for the entire Luggie lineup and $600 fee for the entire FR Terrain lineup, and FR e-bikes and will be deducted from the refund. The shipping costs to send the new box will be an additional deduction.
CANCELED ORDERS
If cancellation is made after the item has shipped it is subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee (minimum $35) will apply. FedEx Express shipping costs will not be credited if delivery is refused.
CREDITS
Once your return is received, FreeRider USA will issue a credit to your original payment method for the purchase. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your credit to be issued after the item is delivered to our warehouse. If your item is defective or was damaged in shipping, please call your original dealer. We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced promptly.

LIMITED WARRANTY LUGGIE/FREERIDER SCOOTERS PURCHASED WITHIN UNITED STATES
Luggie Scooter, Inc. DBA Freerider USA warrantsto the original owner/user of each new LUGGIE or FREERIDER branded electric scooter or power chair, when purchased directly from an authorized Luggie Scooter, Inc. reseller (Lift Up Mobility), to be complete and free from defects in material or workmanship for the period indicated below. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, SHIPPING DAMAGE, ALTERATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, MISUSE, NEGLECT OR ABUSE.
3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON STRUCTURAL FRAME LUGGIE or FREERIDER branded electric scooter structural frame is warranted for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of original purchase by the original owner/user. Luggie Scooter Inc. will repair or replace at our sole discretion to the original purchaser if the structural frame upon examination by an authorized Luggie Scooter, Inc.’s representative to be defective in material and/or workmanship within the warranty period.
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON MOTOR, TRANSAXLE, BRAKE ASSEMBLY AND ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS LUGGIE or FREERIDER branded motor, transaxle, brake assembly and electrical components are warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase by the original owner. Luggie Scooter will repair or replace at our sole discretion to the original purchaser if the motor, transaxle, brake and/or electronics of the scooter upon examination by authorized Luggie Scooter, Inc.’s representative to be defective in material and/or workmanship within the warranty period.
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON LITHIUM BATTERY/BATTERIES* LUGGIE branded electric scooter’s new lithium battery is warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase by the original owner. Luggie Scooter will repair or replace at our sole discretion to the original purchaser if the battery and/or batteries of the Luggie scooter upon examination by authorized Luggie Scooter, Inc.’s representative to be defective in material and/or workmanship within the warranty period.
*Battery/batteries tend to deteriorate in performance and reduce in range due to being left in a discharged state, left in cold conditions for extended periods or worn due to heavy use.
*RECOMMENDATIONS FOR LUGGIE LITHIUM BATTERY:
- Charge your battery when the battery meter indicator is in the red zone (low battery).
- If your Luggie Lithium battery will not be used for an extended period, fully charge the battery and disengage from the batter compartment of the Luggie before storage. Battery will gradually deplete with time. Please do a refresh charge in 2 to 3 weeks when the battery has been stored for an extended period of time. (Remember: Keeping your battery charged will help extend the life of your battery and ensure that the Luggie is ready to go when you are.)
30 DAYS LIMITED WARRANTY ON ALL PLASTIC PARTS & CHASSIS HOOKS LUGGIE or FREERIDER branded electric scooter’s plastic parts (tiller clamp, chassis hooks, trigger, tiller lever, etc.) are warranted for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase by the original purchaser/owner. Luggie Scooter will repair or replace at our sole discretion to the original purchaser if the LUGGIE or FREEERIDER plastic parts of the scooter upon examination by authorized Luggie Scooter, Inc.’s representative to be defective in material and/or workmanship within the warranty period.
LIMITED WARRANTY FREERIDER POWER CHAIR PURCHASED WITHIN UNITED STATES
3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON STRUCTURAL FRAME FREERIDER branded electric power wheelchair’s structural frame is warranted for a period of sixty (36) months from the date of original purchase by the original owner/user. Luggie Scooter will repair or replace at our sole discretion to the original purchaser/user if the structural frame upon examination by authorized Luggie Scooter, Inc.’s representative to be defective in material and/or workmanship within the warranty period.

6 MONTHS LIMITED WARRANTY ON LEAD ACID BATTERY/BATTERIES*
FREERIDER branded electric power wheelchair’s new lead acid battery is warranted for a period of six (6) months from the date of original purchase by the original owner/user. Luggie Scooter will repair or replace at our sole discretion to the original purchaser/user if the battery and/or batteries of the power wheelchair upon examination by authorized Luggie Scooter, Inc.’s representative to be defective in material and/or workmanship within the warranty period.
*Battery/batteries tend to deteriorate in performance and reduce in range due to being left in a discharged state left in cold conditions for extended periods or worn due to heavy use.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS FOR LUGGIE/FREERIDER BRANDED SCOOTERS & POWER WHEELCHAIRS
Upholstery, seating and armrest.
Body panels, shroud and cowlings.
Any damage resulting from unauthorized repair or modification.
Any damage resulting from natural disaster or Act of God.
Any damage resulting from abuse, misuse, accident, negligent operation, storage or maintenance.
Any damage resulting from liquid or moisture corrosion to electronic devices.
Consumable wear items such as tires, tubes, brake pads and motor brushes.
Labor, service calls, shipping costs and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized in advance FreeRider USA.
Batteries that are improperly charged, stored or maintained according to manufacturer’s recommendations.
Batteries with seals removed.
LUGGIE/FREERIDER branded limited warranty does NOT cover or apply to any LUGGIE/FREERIDER branded scooters or power wheelchairs sold by nonauthorized resellers/dealers or retailers.
LUGGIE/FREERIDER branded limited warranty does NOT cover or apply to any replacement, maintenance or accessory parts not sold directly by Luggie Scooter, Inc. to the original retail purchaser/user.
LUGGIE/FREERIDER branded limited warranty does NOT cover or apply to any products used for rental or commercial use
LIMITED WARRANTY LUGGIE/FREERIDER SCOOTERS PURCHASED WITHIN UNITED STATES
The warranty effective date is the date of sale from dealer/reseller to purchaser/owner on new units only. This warranty is extended to only the original purchaser/owner, purchased in the U.S.A. from a Luggie Scooter, Inc. DBA FreeRider USA authorized dealer/reseller. Limited warranty is on parts only. Any parts replaced under warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty. Service rendered and shipping charges for the parts are the responsibility of the customer. Service options and shipping of parts may vary from dealer to dealer. Service options and charges are subject to change at any time.
For warranty service, contact FreeRider USA or an authorized dealer/reseller/retailer (Lift Up Mobility) where the product was originally purchased. All product returns whether for service or warranty requires a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)number. You may obtain this number by contacting FreeRider USA’s customer service. All return for service, warranty, replacement or refund must be received withing 7 business days from the date of RMA issue. Shipping and handling fees will apply to all claims made under this warranty and will be charged to the claimant at the time the products are shipped from FreeRider USA’s distribution center. Any returns for refund may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if it doesn’t meet the BUYER’s REMORSE terms. Anything returned without an RMA will incur a storage fee of $50/month to the customer (reseller/dealer/customer.).
Products that are NOT eligible for return for service, warranty, replacement or refund will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us.
The limited warranty is VOID in the following instances:
Any product not purchased from an authorized Luggie Scooter Inc.’s reseller/dealer/retailer.
Any product without valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered or otherwise missing serial number from the controller, motor, transaxle, battery or battery charger.
If customer (end user/dealer/reseller/retailer) modifies the product in any respect including but not limited to the use of parts other than the genuine parts.
If the sticker on the Luggie Lithium battery has been removed.
If the product is used for rental or commercial purposes the limited warranty is VOID.
Inspect all LUGGIE/FREERIDER branded products shipped to you thoroughly for damages to the outer packaging and shrink wrapping before signing the bill of lading. Any unreported freight damages at the time of delivery will be the sole responsibility of the receiver. ANY MANUFACTURER RELATED DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO LUGGIE SCOOTER INC. WITHIN 72 HOURS (3 DAYS) OF RECEIPT FOR CLAIMS TO BE FILED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
It will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that RMA is returned back to Luggie Scooter Inc. for service, warranty, replacement or refund. Customers (consumer/retailer/reseller/dealer) will be charged for any unreturned merchandise due back to FreeRider USA NO EXCEPTION.
No dealer/reseller/retailer or distributor may extend or modify this warranty in anyway.
BUYER’S REMORSE ON LUGGIE OR FREERIDER BRANDED SCOOTERS & POWER WHEELCHAIRS
You will have 3 days from date of receipt of the LUGGIE/FREERIDER branded scooter or power wheelchair to return the product for a full refund excluding shipping and repackaging charge. To qualify for the refund, you must do the following:
- Contact your place of purchase of the LUGGIE/FREERIDER branded products.
- Ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- LUGGIE/FREERIDER branded power scooter/wheelchair must not have been ridden outdoors.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly labeled.
- The product returned, MUST NOT BE USED. It needs to be in conditions for the LUGGIE/FREERIDER branded scooter or power wheelchair to be sold as new. (THE SCOOTER MUST NOT SHOW ANY SIGNS OF BEING USED IF RETURNING UNDER BUYER’S REMORSE OTHERWISE THE RETURN WILL BE VOID.)
*All conditions listed above must be met in order to qualify for a full refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.
**IF THREE DAYS (3) HAS PAST, YOU MUST CONTACT THE DEALER TO RETURN YOUR LUGGIE/FREERIDER BRAND OF POWER SCOOTER/WHEELCHAIR. WARRANTY/REPAIR/SERVICE/REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE IN 4 EASY STEPS
- Contact your reseller/dealer/retailer/ (Lift Up Mobility) or Luggie Scooter Support for technical support assistance to verify the support issue.
- Obtain RMA number for the product return for warranty, service, replacement or repair. - Make sure the product coming back is properly boxed. Any damage caused due to shipping will be the customer/dealer/reseller’s responsibility.
- Send to FREERIDER USA. - Please write the RMA clearly on the outer packaging. - Fill out and return the Return Request Form along with your package which can be found on our website: www.FreeRiderUSA.com in the download Section. Please provide a brief summary of the reason for the return. - Upon receipt of your RMA, an authorized FreeRider USA representative will inspect and assess the return within 72 hours. If the RMA is for repair/service and/or replacement an estimate will be emailed (if email is provided) or faxed at this time along with a credit card authorization form. Medicare & Medicaid Coverage - FreeRider USA
*Medicaid and Medicare may cover a Luggie Classic II scooter, FreeRider USA’s very Heavy-Duty mobility scooters or power wheelchairs if the patient meets eligibility requirements.
Medicare and Medicare are programs that are designed to provide medical and health-related services to certain people, such as seniors and low-income individuals. Medicaid and Medicare may cover a Luggie Classic II Scooter or FreeRider USA’s very Heavy-Duty mobility scooters and power wheelchairs if the patient meets eligibility requirements.
Medicaid and Medicare program are funded through a cooperative venture between the federal and state governments. Within broad national guidelines which the federal government provides. Each of the states:
Establishes its own eligibility standards.
Determines the type, amount, duration, and scope of services.
Sets the rate of payment for services; and administers its own program.
To qualify for Medicaid or Medicare, an individual must meet income and resource limits, and be medically needy or fall into an eligibility category specified by your state.
Anyone receiving Supplementary Security Income (SSI) benefits is automatically eligible. Medicaid will only pay for a motorized wheelchair if the individual has a medical need for the specific motorized wheelchair. There must also be a doctor's prescription written for the patient and the type of power wheelchair he or she needs.
Power wheelchairs or mobility scooters can be covered as Durable Medical Equipment (DME) under Medicaid or Medicare; however, circumstances and fee schedule vary from state to state. Some of these variations include:
Coverage for outdoor, vocational use.
Coverage for skilled nursing homes.
Coverage for accessories (some states have age limitations for coverage).
Whether the power chair can be purchased or rented.Some states require physical therapy reports or special forms to be completed.
For individuals who qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid, sometimes Medicaid will pay the portion of the cost of a power chair that is not covered under Medicare.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 5-7 business days.
Order Shipment:
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@liftupmobility.com

Shipping Options
Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is usually completely free. This option usually takes between 5-7 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. There are other options available, however. We also offer the below options for some products. Please contact us for more information about these prior to ordering.
- Threshold Shipping: This involves the item being brought onto your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area.
- White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house!
